Delta-9 Technologies, Bravo 6 consists of 6 independent closed loop liquefied petroleum gas systems (LPG) used for extractions of botanical compounds. This product is used specifically for extraction of cannabis and hemp concentrates in legalized States. Per the Designer of Record, the Bravo 6 is designed for use with Butane and Propane. The Collection Pots are designed to be separated from the remainder of the system at the end of the extraction process, and ethanol may be introduced to assist in product recovery from the tank.
All Delta-9 Technologies models are supplied with a detailed operating manual that clearly describes the safe operations of the system and periodic maintenance requirements. A system nameplate and warning decals are provided with the equipment to ensure it meets the standards and requirements of the regulators. The equipment is designed in such a way that ancillary electrical equipment (e.g., water heater, water pump etc.) can be located in an adjacent room.

Efficiency and Production Capacity:
Increased efficiency – Delta-9 has increased the efficiency of LPG extractions with automated controls that are triggered by predetermined timing and pressure events. Valves are opened and closed with compressed air, which reduces the potential for an electrical spark and is required for Class I Division I compliance.
Reduced human input needed to open/ close valves, turn on and off electrical components, and constantly monitor the extraction progression to completion. Reduce employees and replace with reliable automation.
Batch reproducibility with four independent quadrants.
Small Footprint – Approximately 560 ft2 of area needed to operate.
Newly designed cyclone LPG recovery system technology – increases recovery rate by maximizing evaporative surface area and creating cyclonic action of LPG gas. Rapidly separates LPG from extracted botanical compounds and increases recovery rate.
Increased production capacity – Each computer module can control up to 36x extraction tubes. Delta-9 offers both 6” extraction tubes in single or multiple quadrants.
Six isolated oil collection points offer strain specificity and replicated data points. Testing new methods by running different parameters on each independently controlled quadrants. Different parameters can be set for each quadrant.
Reduced solvent consumption by extracting several tubes into one collection vessel before opening the system and venting valuable LPG gasses.
Ability to winterize product in collection vessels.
Thoughtful dual sight glass layout on most components. One for a light and the other for optics. Visually monitor your process and ensure the system is flowing.
Programmable Logic Controls (PLC, or computer) and lower explosion limit detectors are integrated into an explosion proof exhaust fan for increased safety.
Remote monitoring through app or online access. Setup safety monitoring and reporting features that alert you in your absence.
Closed loop extraction system: Three pulsed compressed air flushes conclude each run, removing trace LPG gasses caught in the system during extraction tube disassembly/machine maintenance. This automated feature is unique to Delta-9 Technologies and renders compliance with biomass waste disposal simply and safely.
American made ASME vessels. High quality stainless steel components for long lasting durability.
High-precision cutting edge machined components.
Industrial-scale pneumatic (Haskel) and electric (Master Vapor) recovery pump options.
Temperature controlled jackets.
Quick disconnect components that let you disassemble hoses without leaks.
Back end support:
Experienced technical support and customer service.
Preventative maintenance programs with up-gradable component options.
Expandable quadrant modules. Opportunity to start with reduced capital and expand with demand.
Constantly evolving systems. Delta-9 Technologies is incorporating additional process modules for refining crude oil into winterized, distilled, and resolved components. First right of refusal on all system upgrades.
Butane and Propane are classified as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG or LP-Gas) by the International Fire Code (IFC), which invokes NFPA 58: Liquified Petroleum Gas Code. Delta-9 Technologies, MK-420 was reviewed using the following codes:
